INTERCOLLEGIATE WORKSOP ON PYTHON PROGRAMMING
On 27th and 28th of August 2016, Department of Computer Science & Engineering conducted two days intercollegiate student workshop on Python Programming under GLUG PACE. Students from various colleges had participated to get knowledge about new technology. The Valedictory function was presided by Dean, Student Affairs, Dr. A J Antony, the resource persons Mr. Ramaseshan, Mr. Aditya Saky, Mr. Abhinav Jha and Ms. Tanvi, Head of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Dr. M Sharmila Kumari, Staff coordinator Prof. Mohammed Hafeez M K , were present on the dais.
Dr. A J Antony, Dean, Student Affairs, highlighted the advantages of conducting such events for students to build leadership quality along with technical knowledge updation. Mr.Ramseshan, a resource person from FSMK conveyed the message that problem solving techniques are important than programming languages. Dr. M Sharmila Kumari, Head of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, advised the students to learn about future technologies for their better career in this competitive environment.
