A Faculty Development Programme on the topic Exploring the
Potentials was organised by Centre for Professional & Organisational
Development (CPOD) of P A College of Engineering, on 19-04-17. Esteemed
Personalities present on the inauguration of the programme were Mr. Abdulla
Ibrahim. (Executive Director PAET, Mangaluru) Dr. Abdul Sharief. (Principal
PACE, Mangaluru) Dr. Ramis M.K . (Vice Principal PACE, Mangaluru) Prof. Surfraz Hasim.
( Director Acedemics, PACE Mangaluru) Mr. Anwar Areekal( Senior Project Manager at
IBM Bangaluru), and Mr. Juhaim ( CEO and Founder, RideLogic). In his Presidential Address, Executive Director Mr. Abdulla Ibrahim
vividly compounded the need of FDP & shared his thought on the role of
teachers in building a society. Session Speaker Mr. Anwar Areekkal, a
senior project manager associated with IBM for the last 8 years spoke about
innovative teaching-Learning styles for the subject. The Heads of
various Departments and all the members of teaching fraternity of PACE were
present during the program.
