The Entrepreneurship Roadmap, an invited talk, organized by,  Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) in collaboration with Institutes Innovation Council (IIC) and  IEEE Technology Engineering and Management Society (TEMS) unfolded as an enlightening session featuring distinguished speakers Mr. Asim Syed Sheeraz, CEO of Yenepoya Technology Incubator, and Ms. Soumya Kar, Incubation Manager at Yenepoya Technology Incubator. The program was conducted on November 11, 2023 at E-Learning Center.

Mr. Abdullah Abdul Samad set a reverent tone by invoking the blessings of the Almighty through a recitation, marking the beginning of the event. The host,  Fathima Musfira, extended a warm welcome to esteemed guests, including Mr. Asim Syed Sheeraz, Ms. Soumya Kar, Dr. Ramis M.K, Principal, Mr.Sharafudheen, AGM Campus-PAET,  Dr.Sayyed Ameen, Dean (SA), PAET, and Dr. Saleemullah Khan, Principal, PACP. 

Dr. Ramis M.K, shared insightful presidential remarks, emphasizing the pivotal role of entrepreneurship in shaping future leaders and contributing to economic growth. Ms. Soumya Kar commenced the session with an overview of the entrepreneurial journey, providing valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities that aspiring entrepreneurs may encounter. Mr. Asim Syed Sheeraz Explored the topic Idea to Market and Funding Opportunities, offering practical advice and real-world examples to guide entrepreneurs in navigating the complexities of bringing ideas to fruition. The esteemed guests, Mr. Asim and Ms. Soumya were honoured with mementos as tokens of appreciation for their valuable contributions to the event.

Prof. Mohammad Hussain addressed pre-final year students, providing a comprehensive briefing on internship status and outlining further proceedings that need to be undertaken. This added a valuable layer of practical guidance to the event.

The host concluded the event with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the speakers, guests, and attendees for their active participation and engagement. Special thanks were extended to Prof. Mohammed Hafeez M.K, EDC-Staff Coordinator, for his significant role in coordinating and supporting the event.
