To enable the focused and socially relevant research each department has established the Research Interest Groups (RIG) making each faculty a part of at least one or more RIG. Some Major RIG are listed below to aid the interested to look for ongoing projects.

Computer Science and Engineering

High Performance Data Mining and Computational Intelligence:

  • Discovery of intelligent pattern from real world databases containing missing, inaccurate, noisy or inconsistent data using Soft Computing.
  • Application HPC techniques to handle the enormous sizes, high-dimensionality and heterogeneity of the real world data-sets for pattern discovery.
